By creating an account or using IAU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Your profile
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit to your IAU profile, including certifications, experience, and contact details. You must not misrepresent your qualifications or credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use IAU for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading information, to harass or harm other users, or to attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access.
4. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
5. Limitation of liability
IAU is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
6. Beta features and product roadmap
Some features in IAU — including those labelled “Pro”, “Beta”, “Coming soon”, or otherwise marked as future or premium — represent our current product roadmap and are subject to user validation. We may change, delay, replace, or remove any such feature at our discretion. Indicative pricing shown for future paid plans is not a binding offer. No payment is collected for Pro features at this stage.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of IAU after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
