I'm a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in Rostock, Germany, passionate about combining dynamic movement, functional anatomy, and mindful breathing. My classes blend strength, fluidity, and body awareness, encouraging students to explore their individual potential without pressure or expectations. I believe yoga isn't about perfect poses or maximum flexibility, but about building strength, improving movement quality, and developing a deeper understanding of our bodies. I teach powerful Vinyasa flows, restorative Yin Yoga, kids' yoga, and sound baths, creating space for both challenge and balance. My goal is to help students move with confidence, feel stronger, and find a practice that truly supports their individual needs.
