About
My yoga is an invitation to pause — to make space for softness, stillness and your own rhythm. My classes combine elements of Hatha and Yin Yoga with breath, meditation and deep relaxation, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the seasons and the natural rhythms of life. I invite my students to slow down, listen inward and notice what they need in the moment — whether that is movement, stillness, strength or softness. Yin Yoga holds a special place in my heart. I love creating spaces where there is time to soften, to become quiet and to simply be — without having to achieve or perform. For me, Yin is a beautiful reminder that sometimes less is more, and that there is value in giving ourselves time and space to listen. Sound has become another beautiful part of my practice. I work with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to create moments of deep listening, presence and stillness. I also love weaving in subtle sensory elements such as aroma, allowing the practice to become an experience that engages the whole person. I see yoga as a practice of awareness — a way to reconnect with your body, find steadiness in times of change and cultivate a more trusting relationship with yourself. It doesn’t always have to ask us to do more. Sometimes it can simply offer us a place to pause, to breathe and to come back to ourselves.
