Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Retreat Host
My passion for yoga was sparked at the age of 16, and over the years it has grown into a deeply rooted and continuously evolving practice that forms the foundation of my teaching. In my classes, I weave together the creative flow of Vinyasa Yoga with the clarity and structure of Ashtanga Yoga, resulting in classes that are precise, powerful, and playful at the same time. I have been teaching in various studios since 2016 – initially in France, then in Berlin, and now once again in my chosen home France. Since 2020, I have also been sharing my classes online through my own online yoga studio as well as my YouTube channel. Since 2023, I have been passing on my experience through yoga teacher trainings, ranging from 200-hour teacher trainings to advanced trainings, workshops, and retreats. My deep gratitude goes to all of my teachers who have supported, guided, and inspired me along my path. I am especially thankful to Susen Pijur, whose practice and understanding of yoga continue to inspire me deeply; to Carola della Croce, whose Mysore-style teaching helped me dive deeper into the world of Ashtanga Yoga; to Simon Park, who has opened new horizons for me both as a practitioner and as a teacher and teacher trainer; and to Bess Prescott, who has repeatedly encouraged me to look closely and ask critical questions – particularly in the areas of yoga philosophy and history.
