About

I’m a yoga teacher, sound meditation facilitator and Zen Thai Shiatsu bodywork practitioner based in Düsseldorf, Germany. My teaching style is best described as a blend of fluid movement and gentle peak pose sequencing. My approach is soft, gentle and intuitive, drawing inspiration from different practices, meditation and sound. I’m interested in how these practices can help us slow down, reconnect with the body and create inner spaciousness, clearing the fog a little and making room for new ideas and creativity to unfold. I’m endlessly curious about the world and find inspiration in the places I travel, the people I meet, the cultures I learn from and the crafts and practices I encounter along the way. Rather than following one particular style or lineage, I enjoy collecting different approaches and exploring how they can complement one another. This curiosity also shapes the retreats and experiences I create. I love bringing people to places that have taught me something, combining yoga and meditation with trekking, time in nature, sound, bodywork and opportunities to learn new crafts and connect with local cultures. For me, walking can be a meditation, creating can be a practice, and sometimes being somewhere in the middle of nowhere is exactly what we need to let things settle and new ideas unfold.
