Felicia's path into yoga began with her mother, who introduced her to the practices when she was still a small child. It has been part of her life ever since, always changing in shape and expression, but always carrying the essence of Bhakti at its heart. She came across the Jivamukti Yoga method at fifteen, and at nineteen she completed her 300-hour teacher training in New York, followed by an intense and wonderful 500-hour apprenticeship with her mentor Zsuzsanna Villany in Munich. After two years of teaching there, her appetite for adventure took over. She travelled for a while, and in 2017 she moved to Berlin, where she has been teaching Jivamukti Yoga ever since. Since 2019 she has been teaching on yoga teacher trainings, leading yoga and harmonium workshops, and mentoring new yoga teachers. In between life has brought lots of travelling, learning, growing, loving. New things and old things, loneliness and abundance. She studied Sanskrit and Tibetan, some midwifery, and her had encounters with Buddhism, which became a very important part of her life. All of these experiences, and above all the people and places that have shaped her, have made her who she is today. Forever changing, empty and full. In love with loving life. In her classes she strives to share what she has found throughout. Through asana, sitting still, singing, and making space, she lets experience happen: the experience of our own fullness, deep love, and quiet, inner wisdom.
