About
With a background in jazz dance and a love for creative movement, my teaching is modern, intuitive and non-dogmatic. I love exploring different ways of moving, from dynamic and slow Vinyasa to Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound and Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork. Inspired by the changing seasons and the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, my classes range from building strength and stability to slowing down and restoring balance. I believe every body is different, and I want to create a space where you can explore what feels right for you, move with curiosity and reconnect with yourself. You can currently find me at Velvet House, where I host special events and workshops with my friend and fellow yoga teacher Maja, or covering classes at studios around Munich. For updates on upcoming offerings, join my WhatsApp community or follow me on Instagram.
